One remarkable component of Chris Wallace's interview alongside the Russian President yesterday is that Putin explained that he was aware of the declaration that Special Counsel's Mueller's solar daytime of the month is unlawful. (Presumably Putin was referring to Steve Calabresi's argument, every bit I'm unaware of another.)
